1. Scope of Services
Next Tier Agent designs, configures, and maintains backend growth systems, marketing automation, database workflows, and response protocols for licensed real estate professionals.
2. No Guarantee of Closings
As stated clearly throughout our materials: nobody honest can guarantee closings or transaction volume. Real estate markets, local inventory, agent conversion skills, and client timelines vary. We guarantee that the system will be built to agreed specifications, loaded with your verified contacts, and executed systematically.
3. Ownership and Portability
You retain 100% full ownership over your contact database, client lists, and advertising accounts. If you terminate services, your contacts and accounts remain intact under your direct ownership.
4. Advertising Spend
Meta or Google advertising spend is billed directly by those respective platforms to your billing profile. Next Tier Agent's fees cover management, optimization, software infrastructure, and technical implementation.
